This sale is to the business community as "equipment" & "inventory" without any implied or expressed warranty. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. If you pick up your item and it is not new, or does not work, you can return that item before you leave the pickup location. These items are guaranteed for functionality and completeness. A bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If the item is not brand new the bidder MUST report this at the warehouse prior to leaving the premises. Appears New: These are items that appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously. They may not be in their original packaging. They should perform as expected. We determine an item Appears New through a quick inspection using the following criteria: All of the pieces appear to be present The item does not appear used or dirty May not have been out of the box May have shipping damage to the box but not the contents If you pick up your item and it does not fit the "Appears New" definition or does not work, you can return that item before you leave the pickup location. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness. A bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If the item does not appear new or unused or if there is an issue, the bidder MUST report this at the warehouse prior to leaving the premises. Open Box: An open box item could be incomplete, damaged, or used and has not been checked or tested for functionality. These items may have been out of the box and put back in. We do not verify that every piece is there. The item could or could not be in perfect condition. Open box items are like going to Vegas, you win some and you lose some. Open Box items may not be returned. We strongly recommend that you use our preview time to inspect the item. Damaged: These items have obvious damage. We do our best to describe the damage in the description and provide a number of images. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness.
