We determine an item Appears New through a quick inspection using the following criteria: All of the pieces appear to be present The item does not appear used or dirty May not have been out of the box May have shipping damage to the box but not the contents If you pick up your item and it does not fit the "Appears New" definition or does not work, you can return that item before you leave the pickup location.
