    Agents’ statement: The church purchased this property in 2002 with plans for expansion in the future. It has been maintained as a rental since that time. Overall, the property is in reasonably good condition but it does need some TLC. With a little work, this would make a nice rental or affordable home. Building: 2 bed,1 bath, Ranch style home built in 1957. Approximately 852 sq. ft. One car attached garage. The home is currently located at 1015 S. Maple, McPherson, KS.

    Rules of Auction: In order to participate in the auction fill out the sealed bidder form, the form is on-line and on the back of this flyer, Then sign and date it and place it in an envelope with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail on the outside of the envelope. Write Sealed Bid for Free Methodist Auction. Seal the envelope shut. Bids must be RECEIVED at the Four Seasons Realtors Office, 1020 N. Main, McPherson, KS before 5 PM Wednesday, July 24. You may place envelopes through the slot in the front door if no one is at the office. We strongly suggest personally delivering bids or using overnight services as we WILL NOT accept bids that arrive after the deadline even if they are postmarked before the deadline


    Hard Bids: All bids are hard bids. If you have the winning bid you will be responsible for the full amount bid regardless as to what the next highest bid was.


    Reserve: The seller reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.


    Notification: The winning bid will be announced at the Clyde & Susan Melton auction, 1046 Countryside, McPherson, KS. Thursday July 25th right after their Real Estate and vehicles sell (about 6:20 PM). Full payment is due at closing by 5 PM the day after the winning bid is announced. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to contract in the state of Kansas.
