Auction Terms & Conditions Terms: THIS IS AN INTERNET SIMULCAST AUCTION 

 Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Schneider Auction Service shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarantees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarantee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgement by appt.

 BUYERS PREMIUM: A 4% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, at check out you will be charged $104.00

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment will be cash, GOOD check or credit card at close of auction. If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee.

SHIPPING: NO shipping available on any items for this auction!  Pickup only!

LOAD OUT: If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times. Load Out will be held on Pickup will be available from: Saturday, June 10 until 6 PM and Sunday June 11 from 1 PM to 6 PM.  Other pickup times must be arranged between Schneider Auction and the Rohr family by appointment only.

Auction Location: 2364 Hwy 183, LaCrosse, KS 67548

Directions: From north edge of LaCrosse, KS at Hwy 183 and Hwy 4 junction go 3/4 mile north to sale site on the east side of Hwy 183.

All items must be removed by July 15, 2023 or make arrangements with the auction company and Rohr family to pickup later.  Please contact Jason at 785-650-2433 or LeRoy at 785-623-1509

Loaders will be available to assist in loading items.  

NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.   If you do not pick up during the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged and your items will be FORFEITED, immediately! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 4% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases!

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

 CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding. NOTE - Lots are not considered sold until the ENTIRE auction has been closed and invoiced.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTION SERVICE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.

Warranty and Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
