There are two separate units up for auction, you are bidding on ALL CONTENTS INSIDE each unit, not the unit itself. These are being auctioned off AS-IS, no refunds for buyer's remorse. Credit cards on file will be ran for winning bids the morning after the auction closes.
We are willing to work with winning bidders on scheduling loadout so there is no loadout schedule to sign up for.
There will be one scheduled inspection date, please ensure that you make it as we will not be able to provide another chance. The inspection will consist of any and all potential bidders getting the opportunity to look inside the units from the doorway but will not be allowed to enter the units (think of Storage Wars style).
