Brown Auction & Real Estate

Auctioneer’s Note: After the 2007 tornado, Norman Volz had one of the only “partially standing” buildings left. He graciously allowed many families to store their heirlooms in his building. Most came and retrieved these items, but this sale consists of 3 parties (now Estates) whose heirs have asked to “just sell what you can!” As caretaker, Matt Deighton has sorted through everything to find many neat treasures. Come see what all we have found, and are still uncovering!
