· Every effort has been made to accurately describe all merchandise offered and intended applications and uses. However, we are not experts on the subject matter so we encourage you to independently verify fitment, applications, uses and seller claims prior to bidding. This includes claims relating to the condition of the item.
· All descriptions, data and information is correct to the best of our knowledge and is included for the buyer’s convenience.
· We evaluate used items based on their external condition. Photographs included in the listing are part of the description. Item ships as shown.
· We are happy to answer your questions if you need additional information to confirm condition, markings, fitment, applications, uses or condition prior to bidding.
Auction Details (Payments & Load Out): Payments: Your credit card on file will be charged your invoiced amount at 8:00 AM the morning after the sale has closed. If you are purchasing for a tax exempt organization, call 816-793-0079 before 8:00 AM to let me know. Otherwise, your card will be charged the amount shown on your invoice.
Weekend Pickup: SATURDAY MARCH 27th 9 AM to 5 PM
We have gone to an online scheduled pick up only. After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up. Select a time, and then be there during that time. If you don't schedule a time, you won't be able to pick up. IF YOU FAIL TO SCHEDULE A TIME DURING THE TIME LISTED, THERE WILL BE A $15 RESCHEDULE FEE - Our system will not allow random scheduling / days. It must be on the day scheduled. Please show up during the load out time you selected. If you show up without an appointment, you will be required to get on your cell phone, and schedule the next available time. It may be 2-3 hours later, so please do it before you get there.
SCHEDULED LOAD OUT: Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM NOTE: If items are not picked up within 7 days, they will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale. No refunds on items not picked up as scheduled.

If you are not able to pick up your items during the specified pick-up times or to pre-arrange shipping, please do not bid. While we strive to be customer friendly, we cannot make special arrangements for pick-ups or shipping. Please note that handling, packaging and shipping charges can be very expensive so please factor this in when you are placing your bid. Pennies For Gold uses a 3rd Party Shipper to package your items and ship them to you. The 3rd Party Shipper we use is: Ship It Now! Plus 1802 N. 3.3 In the SUBJECT LINE of the email, kindly put “Shipping Request.” 3.4 In the body of the email, kindly include: 3.4.1 Your PayPal information; 3.4.2 As much information as you can to help us identify what lot or lots you want shipped to you; and, 3.4.3 Any special shipping instruction that you would like the 3rd Party Shipper to follow. Once your Shipping Request has been received you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that we have received your shipping request. Shipping Charges Buyers are responsible for two different shipping charges. 4.1 One charge is a handling fee paid directly to Pennies for Gold. Pennies For Gold charges a $15 handling fee for the first lot to be shipped to a Buyer. For each additional lot to be shipped to the same Buyer, Pennies For Gold charges a $2 handling fee. The handling fee covers the cost of gathering the lots to be shipped, documenting the shipping information for our local shipper, and safely transporting the items to the 3rd Party Shipper. This handling fee DOES NOT pay any of the cost of packaging the items for shipment or for actually shipping the items to the Buyer. (Packaging and shipping fees are determined separately by the local 3rd Party Shipper as described below in Section 4.2.) This Pennies For Gold Handling fee is charged directly to your PayPal Account and must be received before Pennies For Gold will release your items to the 3rd Party Shipper. Once your items have been delivered to the 3rd Party Shipper, Pennies For Gold is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages or items. 4.2 The second shipping charge is the packaging and shipping fee paid directly to the Local 3rd Party Shipper. Once Pennies For Gold has dropped off your items at the 3rd Party Shipper, Buyers will work directly with the 3rd Party Shipper to determine and settle all packaging and shipping charges. Once delivered, we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We will strive to take your items to the 3rd Party Shipper within 3 days of receipt of payment. Abandoned Items Any item whose handling, packaging, or shipping charges are not paid in a timely manner in the sole judgment of and at the sole discretion of Pennies For Gold shall be considered abandoned and Buyer will forfeit any claims for payment or reimbursement without limitation.
