STORAGE UNIT AUCTION! Approximately 20 abandoned storage units are being offered at public auction. Each unit is being offered in total. Individual units will be opened for viewing immediately before the auction is conducted.

TERMS:

  • Cash & credit card accepted, due immediately after auction.
  • Sales Tax will be charged.  
  • $100.00 cash deposit due per storage unit.  Once all contents are removed from the storage units deposits will be returned. 
  • In lieu of deposit, unit can be rented at half price for the first month, providing more time for clean out
  • Units must be completely empty by May 14, 2022.
  • Buyers will have access to pickup items day of auction until 10PM and Saturday, May 14th, 6AM-10PM.  
  • E-Z Self Storage has key locks for sale, or you can bring your own lock to put on the storage unit.
