    Farm #1 (320 +/- Acres – Offered in Two Tracts):  This 320 +/- acres is located from the Jct. of US 81 & the Kremlin Blacktop, 4 miles E. on the Kremlin Blacktop (Keowee Rd), & continuing on blacktop 1 mile N.,  then 2 miles E. on Buffalo Rd., & ½ miles N. on 78th St. to the SW/corner of half section.  According to the Garfield Co.
