County Line Rd East of Deweese, NE to Rd 3300, 1.5 miles south. Tract #2 is south across Y Rd. Tract #3 is east of tract #2 across 3300 Rd.

Directions Tracts 4-6

County Line Rd south of Deweese, NE, 1 mile west to Rd 3100. Tract #4 lies west of Rd 3100, south of County Line. Tracts 5-6 are west ¼ mile.

These parcels are being offered as individual tracts and not in combination. All parcels will close simultaneously at the conclusion of the auction.

 

Terms

A payment equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due the day of the Auction. The balance will be due on or before February 18, 2020 by Cash, Certified Funds or a Direct Wire Transfer to the Trust Account of the Closing Agent. A Title Insurance Binder indicating Marketable Title Vested in the names of the Sellers will be provided. Cost of that Title Insurance will be split equally between the buyers and the sellers. All Personal Property included in the sale of these properties sells in as is condition without any warranty expressed or implied. The 2019 and all prior taxes will be paid by the Sellers. The 2020 and all subsequent taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Possession

Full possession will pass to the buyer upon closing.

All crops and any FSA payments associated with the 2019 Crop Year will be retained either by the Sellers or their current tenants.
