    TRACT #2.  W/2 NW/4 22-21-12, Stafford Co., KS.  Consisting of 80 Acres, More or Less, All Dry Cropland.  25.2 Acre Wheat Base, 25.6 Acre Grain Sorghum Base.  Entire Tract to be Planted to Rye with Buyer Receiving 1/3 of Said Crop and Paying 1/3 of Related Expenses.  Producing Oil Well Sells with the Land.  Buyer Receives .125 Royalty Interest.  2017 Total Production was 390 Bbls.  2017 Taxes Were $290.14.
