If items have not been picked up within 10 days of the auction close, they will be considered abandoned and become property of Hollinger Auction. By placing bids on our site you authorize Hollinger Auction to charge your card for any winning bids. Any declined cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account. Seller will have all items unhooked from gas lines, water lines, electricity or the property if so needed. Buyer is responsible for bringing any boxes or packing needed to pick-up purchased items. Please bring whatever help you need to load out your items as well as tools if your items need to be dismantled for hauling. There will not be any help provided. PU is by appt only and buyer must call to schedule time. If time/day does not work, when you call to schedule you may request different day/time. We will gladly work with you to get your item(s) picked up.PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT attempt to bid from your phone. Cell phone reception has "lag time" and are seconds behind the bidding site. Thus, if someone is bidding via desktop/laptop, their bid is hitting the bidding program faster than those that are bidding via cell phone, so bidding system will accept the bid it recieves 1st. That proves to be crucial when lots start closing at the end and more than one bidder attempting to bid on an item.
