LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N/2NW/4) of Section One (1), Township Six (6) South, Range Eighteen (18) West of the Sixth PM in Rooks County, Kansas being 82.53 acres more or less.

LAND LOCATION: On HWY 183; from Stockton, KS 9 miles north or from Phillipsburg, KS 12 miles south to A Road to the Northwest Corner of the Property.  Property is just south of the Phillips-Rooks County line.
