TRACT #2.  NE/4 35-20-16, Pawnee Co., KS (Less Farmstead).  157 Acres, More or Less, Dry Cropland.  97.3 Acre Wheat Base; 1.1 Acre Grain Sorghum Base.  2015 Taxes Were $1,321.20.

TRACT #3.  E/2 NW/4 36-20-16, Pawnee Co., KS.  80 Acres, More or Less, Dry Cropland.  23.4 Acre Wheat Base, 23.5 Acre Grain Sorghum Base.  Sells with .025 Royalty Interest in United Gas Well Not Located on This Tract (Demel 1-36).  2015 Taxes Were $495.28.

TERMS:  $15,000 Down on Each Tract on Day of Sale.  Balance Due in 30 Days or Sooner With Title Approval.  Title Insurance Will Be Used, Cost Will Be Shared 50/50 Between Buyer & Seller.
