Taxes: A $955.81 tax represents entire quarter section and improvements and will be prorated out to the tracts.

This tract of land consists of approximately 65 acres and according to the county F.S.A. office this information is combined for all tracts and will be divided out by the F.S.A. office once new ownership is obtained.
